the Thirty-ninth Amendment on the Constitution (Family) Bill 2023

the Fortieth Amendment of the Constitution (Care) Bill 2023

TAKE NOTICE: that the following Polling Stations are not readily accessible to wheelchair users:-
Faugheen Hall, Carrick on Suir, Co. Tipperary.
Kilvemnon N.S. Kilvemnon, Mullinahone, Co. Tipperary.
Voters with a physical illness or physical disability, whose name is not on the postal or special voters list, and who may have difficulty gaining access to their local polling station
may apply to have their vote transferred to a more accessible polling station in their constituency. This facility is intended to assist voters who find access to their local polling station difficult.
In order to avail of the facility, voters should apply to the returning officer by Friday 4th March 2024 at the latest.
A special application form is not necessary. If possible, voters should suggest an alternative polling station in the constituency which is both suitable and convenient to them.

Polling Day Friday 8th March 2024
I HEREBY GIVE YOU NOTICE THAT:
- The latest date for the receipt of Appeals in respect of the Register of Electors of the County of Tipperary in advance of the 39th and 40th Referendums of The Constitution shall be Wednesday 21st February 2024 at 4.30pm
- All such Appeals will be heard by the County Registrar of Tipperary Circuit Court, sitting at the Courthouse, Nelson Street, Clonmel, and should be directed by post or personal delivery to that address.
- Any Appeals received after the final date shall not be considered by the County Registrar until after Polling Day for above Referendums.

Polling Day Order
The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage has appointed 8 March 2024 as the day upon which polling shall take place at the referendum to be held on the proposal for the amendment of the Constitution contained in the Thirty-ninth Amendment of the Constitution (The Family) Bill 2023 and the Fortieth Amendment of the Constitution (Care) Bill 2023.
